The Keeper’s Bothy - the perfect luxury bothy Scotland

Nestled in a clearing beside an ancient woodland, our modern take on a traditional Bothy is situated about 200m from the Treehouses. Situated on our private estate, that borders the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, The Bothy is the perfect setting for those of you who want to enjoy the same experience and level of comfort as the Treehouses but have a little more space all round. Unlike the traditional Scottish bothies, the old estate Keeper's Bothy may be rustic and modest on the outside but don't let that fool you! Inside you will find all of the luxuries and amenities you would hope for on a special trip away. Amenities include:

• Sofa bed (additional £80 per stay)

• Outside copper bath

• Open plan kitchen and sitting room

• Dishwasher

• Log burning stove

• Welcome pack from our local farm shop to include bread, milk, eggs, butter, jam and teabags

• Fridge plus small box freezer

• WiFi - this can be temperamental due to the location

• Television

The Bothy is the ideal set up for a family, with a homely master bedroom with a king-size bed,  and also a quirky bunk bed room. The beds were made on site from an old sycamore tree that blew down in a  recent storm. There is a comfortable and cosy open plan kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and microwave and a living room with a log burning stove and sofa bed. For those of you who can’t bear to miss an important football match or your favourite series, there is a wifi enabled TV too. Outside there is a covered deck area with a firepit and Weber BBQ and of course an outside bath!
