Reservations
All five of The Treehouses sleep two adults in a super king size bed with the addition of a double sofa bed which can sleep up to two children (additional £80 per stay). Two of The Treehouses are connected by a rope bridge and are ideal for larger groups or families travelling together. The Treehouses are self-catered and are well stocked with all the cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery required for a private banquet in the trees. The Keeper’s Bothy can sleep 2 adults in the king size bed and 2 children in the bunk room, plus a sofa bed in the living area for 2 additional children.
Rates
Our rates are seasonal and the best way to get a price is to click on the dates you are interested in staying (arrival day and then departure day). As a guide, The Treehouses start from £245 per night and The Keepers Bothy from £210 per night. For exclusive special offers subscribe to our newsletter.
Two night minimum stay policy.
Children:
There is an additional cost of £80 per stay if you are travelling with children and require the sofa bed (Treehouses only).
There is no charge for children under 3. If you are travelling with children under 3 and do not require the sofa bed, please book for two adults only and then let us know in special requirements that you will have a little one(s) with you. Please also note if you would like us to provide a travel cot and high chair (free of charge).
***Due to the incredible array of bird and wildlife living amongst The Treehouses, we are sadly not able to accommodate dogs.***

THE KEEPER’S BOTHY
With two bedrooms and lots of open-plan space The Keeper’s Bothy is ideal for families.
We know that plans can change, and we will do everything we can to accommodate changes to your stay wherever possible. This will be subject to availability and rate changes depending on the seasons.
If you cancel more than sixteen weeks in advance we will issue a full refund.
If you cancel less than sixteen weeks in advance, your deposit will be non refundable.
If you cancel within eight weeks, having paid your balance. We cannot promise a refund but will do our best to re-sell the dates and refund you the balance payment.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover any changes in circumstances for all types of stay.
Cancellation Policy
Check in is from 3.30pm on your day of arrival. Please let yourselves in to your Treehouse or Bothy. Jules or Erica will give you a call around 6pm to make sure you are happy with everything and to answer any questions.
Check out is by 11.00am on your day of departure.
